It is recommended to run the bot when your pair consolidates the most. This is most likely Asia + London for most pairs. It is not recommended to run in NY due to volatility, however, there are some pairs that consolidate during NY. Please check Tradingview and backtest with your pair. Usually the best time to start the bot is in Asia session The EA works best during consolidation so just make sure to test on a demo first during these time conditions.

The forex market is open 24 hours a day in different parts of the world, from 6 p.m. EST on Sunday until 4 p.m. EST on Friday.
